History of T3 Ventures

T3 Ventures was formed in 2003 by the merging of the businesses of three Quicken Accredited trainers who had been in operation since 1997 and individually had extensive experience in business management, accounting processes and systems in SMEs. The only Quicken Accredited Training Centre in NSW at that time was owned and operated by T3 Ventures.

The current Managing Director, Fiona Mac Lean, joined T3 in August 2004. She went on to assume the responsibility for managing the QuickBooks consulting and training division of the business from January 2005. She subsequently purchased the business from the previous owners in October 2005. Having grown up in a remote location with a lack of technology Fiona has brought to T3 Ventures her philosophy of using innovative technology to offer the best possible solution.

Utilising online training software and being prepared to travel, T3 Ventures increased its customer base to include businesses in Kununnarra, remote aboriginal communities in the Northern Territory as well as a diverse range of customers located all down the eastern seaboard of Australia. By interacting with such a diverse range of businesses and peoples T3 Ventures has gained a wealth of knowledge about the QuickBooks range of software and more importantly, how businesses and people interact best with their accounting software.

One of the main strengths of T3 is that they very rarely, if ever, lose a customer to an alternate software training provider. Over the years they have worked hard to develop a strong customer service focus that ensures customers are made to feel that their businesses training needs are valued and important.
