History of T3 Ventures

T3 Ventures was formed in 2003 and was the result of a merger between the Accredited Quicken Trainer of the Year 2003, Extra Solutions, a company headed up by Glenn Anthoney and the individual businesses of the additional two partners, Rob Griffin and Kevin Holloway. Both Rob & Kevin possessed accreditation with Quicken as Accredited Trainers since 1997 and individually had extensive experience in business management, accounting processes and systems in SMEs.

The current Managing Director, Fiona Mac Lean, joined T3 in August 2004. She went on to assume the responsibility for managing the consulting division of the business from January 2005. She subsequently purchased the business from the previous owners in October 2005. Having grown up in a remote location with a lack of technology Fiona has brought to T3 Ventures her philosophy of using innovative technology to offer the best possible solution.

Utilising remote training software and being prepared to travel, T3 Ventures client base has increased to include businesses in Kununnarra, remote aboriginal communities in the Northern Territory as well as a diverse range of clients all down the eastern seaboard of Australia. By interacting with such a diverse range of businesses and peoples T3 Ventures has gained a wealth of knowledge about the Quicken range of software and more importantly, how businesses and people interact best with their accounting software.

One of the main strengths of T3 is that they very rarely, if ever, lose a client to an alternate software service provider. Over the years they have worked hard to develop a strong customer service focus that ensures customers are made to feel that their business is valued and important.
