Profile and History of Key Personnel

Fiona Mac Lean


Fiona Mac LeanFiona was born in the Atherton Tablelands and raised in North Western Queensland on a cattle station.

Fiona has had a variety of roles in her working life since leaving high school. For 10 years (1990 to 2000) she worked in the mining Industry. The first 3 of those years were spent in the accounting area and the next 7 in mineral processing. Also during that time, Fiona gained over 6 years experience as a workplace trainer, and for 5 of the 10 years, she assumed the role of a Team Leader.

Also during this period, Fiona maintained her keen interest in real estate, owning and operating a cattle station by the time she turned 23.

Fiona moved to Townsville NQ in 1999, and left the mining industry in 2000 to pursue tertiary business study. She achieved her qualifications as a Quicken Accredited Consultant in 2001 and started her own business whilst studying full time.

After a break from business to travel for 5 months during 2004, Fiona began working for T3 Ventures Pty Ltd in August of that year. She went on to assume the responsibility for managing the consulting division of the business from January 2005. She subsequently purchased the business from the previous owners in October 2005.

Glenn Anthony


Glenn Anthony Glenn is a true Sydney local and has been an Accredited Consultant for 10 years. He has previously been awarded the Accredited Consultant of the year - 2003.

Glenn is experienced in small business having run a number of them over the last 10 years including a Quicken training business and a Corporate Gift and Hamper business. He is well versed in the needs of small business and small business people.

During his career Glenn has also operated multi sited organisations as a Finance Director with the creation and management of systems and process the key to his success. He is a qualified accountant, loves fishing and motor cycling.

Rhondda Elledge


Rhondda ElledgeRhondda Elledge was born and raised in Brisbane and graduated from High School in 1990. Rhondda started working for the Commonwealth Bank Finance Company in 1991 in their accounting division. At the same time she undertook part time tertiary studies and was successful in obtaining a Bachelor of Business Accountancy Major in December 2000.

Her career at the bank finished in April 1999 when she left to start a family. After the birth of her first child, Rhondda returned to the workforce, working as a Financial Controller for a Computer company from Sept 1999 to June 2000. Then, after attaining her Quicken Accredited Consultant status in April 2000, Rhondda decided to start her own business in June 2000, providing Quicken training and support services to small businesses. She worked for herself in Brisbane from June 2000 to February 2005, at which time she became part of the T3 Ventures Team.

Lisa Rowley


Lisa RowleyLisa was raised in Adelaide, with an interest in travelling and the Hospitality Industry. She achieved the level of Assistant Manager after three years in the fast food industry and continued in the Hospitality Industry for a further five years. Lisa then moved into retail sales as a manager for six years, still with travel in her sights which led her to the Australian Defence Forces. After a six year stint in the RAAF and based on experience she had gained during that time, Lisa decided to seek out a career for herself in the training field.

Combining her interest in computers and her bookkeeping skills - the "Quicken" range of software products became her focus. For the first three years Lisa operated as a sole trader in training, sales & bookkeeping during which time she came across T3 Ventures. Lisa has been with T3 for the last twelve months. She is a highly valuable member of the team, constantly striving to achieve new goals and improve her skills and abilities.

Sue Maxwell


Sue was born in Sydney then moved to New Zealand for ten years where her first job after finishing school was with the Bank of New Zealand. Three years later Sue made the move to Retail Sales and Management both in NZ and Aust eventually managing staff and financial reporting for three shops in a national chain. After four years in retail, Sue obtained a position with an importing company in the administration and financial department eventually managing the department and moving the company from manual bookkeeping to computer accounting. Experience in these various industries and whist raising a young family the natural progression was to start a bookkeeping and accounts business using both manual and computer accounting. In 1998, pre GST, Sue started to look around for a suitable computer accounting package for her clients and found QuickBooks. Obtaining her Quicken Accreditation in 2000 Sue has continued to consult within various industries including construction, hospitality, and travel. Sue has been a T3 consultant since 2000.

Marrianne Blow has been a Quicken Accredited Consultant for many years and brings her depth of knowledge and experience to the team, especially in the area of wealth management. Marrianne will consult and support on the Quicken Personal Finance range of products.

Robert Longstaff FCPA FCIS FAIM


RobertRobert was born in England but was educated in Adelaide.

He studied at night school and became a qualified Accountant [he holds the qualifications of FCPA, FCIS and FAIM] as part of his cadetship with a major Australian company in preparation for a commercial life.

During his professional life, he worked with major American, Australian, and French companies mainly in international business requiring him to travel overseas for a third of each year.

After retiring from the corporate world, he became Deputy Chair of a medical charity and was a Foundation Director of the St James Ethics Centre.

Some eight years ago he founded COMACTIONS and accepted Quicken’s invitation to become an Accredited Trainer. In this role his wide business experience, accounting qualifications and computer skills have enabled him to support many businesses particularly in their start up phase.

In recent times Robert has concentrated on helping SMEs and investors in getting the most out of Quicken Wealth products namely Quicken Personal Plus and ShareAnalyser.

He is also a beta tester for Quicken products.

On July 1st 2006 COMACTIONS and T3 Ventures entered into a collaboration agreement to provide wider services to their clients.
