Hi Glenn, Just an extra thank you for the course on Quickbooks yesterday, I found the course, your presentation and the guided bookwork thoroughly enjoyable. I was particularly pleased with your pacing and the fact that I could keep up and understand all the information that I needed. No doubt , like me, you have experienced courses over the years where the pacing, the content or the presentation leave one confused and feeling cheated, so I was pleasantly surprised to feel in control of my learning yesterday. Last year I retired from teaching after 35 years of teaching in primary and secondary schools. Among the many subjects I taught was computer studies and preparing teaching aides and workbooks for the many courses. So your workbook was definitely first class and easy to follow. Hi Glenn Just want to say thanks again for you work on Friday and Saturday. I do enjoy having you present because not only do you know the product, you have the ability to present it in the most favorable light and to keep participants interested. Further your anecdotes and your accounting knowledge enhance the session immensely. The spontaneous applause at the end of each session was indicative of student appreciation. Having someone from a teaching background is especially advantageous when required to be think on your feet and be creative and not get anxious because whether you are teaching in a school, University or TAFE college you will be constantly challenged by a room change, room clash, computer crash.
