Emailing

How do I customise the default text for an individual email?

Create (Save & Close) the form you wish to email (e.g. an invoice).
Click File (drop down menu)
Select Send Forms
Ensure the form/s (e.g. invoice/s) you wish to send are selected (ticked).
Click the Edit Email button to access the message text and customise it to suit.
Click the Send Now button to send the form/s with the customised message. The message will appear in the body of the email/s.
