Change to Payment Options

As of 1st November 2008 a change to client payment options has been implemented. Payment by cheque will now be by special arrangement only. The true cost of processing cheque payments has steadily escalated to the point that it is simply not viable to offer it as a payment method as we have in the past. We do understand that some clients do need to pay by cheque for a variety of reasons.

For existing customers who wish to continue to pay by cheque two options are available:
Contact T3 Ventures to arrange for a deposit book (at cost) to be sent to your business. You will mail the cheque direct to T3 Ventures' bank rather then to T3 Ventures PO Box. You will then need to send a remittance advice direct to T3 (you can e-mail them direct from QuickBooks or print them) informing them of the payment.
OR
Provide the consultant with the cheque payment on the day of the consult (if it is an on-site consult) and the consultant will post direct to the bank. You will then send a remittance advice direct to T3 Ventures.
