T3 Online Management System

We are currently building a Client Management System to improve response times and the quality of all services we provide to our clients including access to consultants and On-line learning. We are completely committed to providing the most efficient service possible that ADDS value to our clients bottom line. T3 On-line will allow clients (via a unique and secure log in) to see the diary of T3 consultants, book appointments and courses, request support from their preferred consultant, make payments on their account and see the history of their interaction with T3 Ventures and its consultants. Consultants will have access including timesheets of previous consults to make the transfer of your history with T3 more efficient - which means you will spend less time explaining what Glenn did last time when you are dealing with Rhondda this time for example. Consultants will also be able to print or e-mail invoices for you at the time of the appointment and received credit card payments.

The implementation schedule is outlined below:
Stage 1 - T3 access only will commence testing from mid December to be live by 5th January 2009.
Stage 2 - Client access is scheduled to be available from 1st June 2009.
Stage 3 - automatic integration with QuickBooks files (T3's AND the client's) is scheduled for to be live from 1st October 2009.
