Important Notice: New PAYG Tax Scales July 1, 2007

If you use QuickBooks or Payroll Premier to process your payroll you need to ensure you apply the correct tax scales AFTER finishing the 06/07 payroll (including producing payment summaries etc )and BEFORE processing your first pay for 07/08. This should be available for download from the Quicken website this week.
If you are using QuickBooks Plus, Pro, Premier OR Payroll Premier software ensure you have:
- finished all processes associated with your payroll for the end of the financial year
- QuickBooks 07/08 loaded and registered (read how to do this very carefully before proceeding).
- carefully read the instructions available on the Quicken web-site before downloading and applying the patch.

If you are using QuickBooks Enterprise, the 07/08 software is being shipped to you this week and it contains the patch. You DO NOT need to download it. Please follow the same process as above however to ensure your 06/07 year is completed before upgrading your software.

Tip: To ensure your software is always compliant ensure you renew your Advantage membership with Quicken each year or purchase QuickBooks annually via subscription and speak to us about the T3 Integrity Package to take the stress out of managing your QuickBooks software.
