What is Subscription?

Subscription is essentially a 12 month rental of the software. You still purchase a ?box? of software but at a reduced price. The reduced price entitles you to 12 months ownership and use of the software as opposed to purchasing a Full version or an Upgrade which you own for ever more. Subscription includes the following benefits
- reduced cost of keeping software up to date and compliant with Australian Taxation and Business legislation e.g. A subscription of QuickBooks Premier is currently $529.00 vs. purchasing a Full version for $1399.00
- The latest release of your software (sent to you automatically each year).
You do need to renew your subscription each year to continue using the program effectively. Failure to renew means your software will not allow you to enter NEW transactions or make changes to existing transactions ? you will still be able to VIEW all transactions in the file/files.
