Reckon Update

It is with great sorrow that I write of a recent change within Reckon (Quicken). Daniel Vardanega, formerly of Reckon, who some of our clients will have met passed away last month on Sunday 8th. Daniel was our angel and was "the man" we referred to when we offered to take your unsolvable problems to Quicken to get our mate to look at.... usually he solved them, sometimes working on them until 2 or 3 am to ensure we could help our clients. His loss is huge to us, both personally and professionally. From your point of view as a client it means that the unsolvable may take a little longer to solve as Reckon has to find and employ several people to fill Daniel's role (he did a LOT at Reckon) and it will take time to train them up. Even so there are very few people we know who would go the extra mile EVERY time and work after hours and all hours to help solve your issues. Daniel you are missed always loved and the after effect of your passing will continue to be felt for a long time to come. Dan, the best friend a QuickBooks user could have - Rest In Peace.
