Reduce time spent on employee records


Minimise data entry by using the Awards module. The module includes standard conditions of employment, such as the accrual of different types of leave default. You can also determine the superannuation rate for one or more groups of employees. The Awards module can store relevant rates for full time, part time and casual employees, their allowances and the manner in which they progress to the next level of employment. All this can be done automatically.

The Timesheet component of the Awards module allows you to pre-determine the pay rates that are applicable to hours worked at various times and days of the week. So all you have to do is to enter the start and finish time of each shift and Payroll Premier will do the rest - automatically.

Be up to date with government legislation


Payroll Premier keeps you up to date with PAYG tax tables, state payroll tax rates and thresholds that came into effect July 1 2007. Also included are payment summaries to help ensure you comply with ATO requirements while reducing the administrative burden on your business. Summaries can be saved as PDF files, adding flexibility to delivering the payment summary as each can be attached to an email and then sent to an employee.

WorkChoice & Super Simplification


Payroll Premier now helps you comply with the Australian Federal Government's WorkChoice legislation. Display Salary Hourly Rate and Leave Accrued information on employee pay slips, as required by the national code for pay slip information. Enter negative components as necessary in a pay checque to track unpaid working time. Payroll Premier also helps to comply with legislative requirements for the government’s Super Simplification policy.
