Fast Sales Processing

Table tracking/kitchen printing

Those in the hospitality industry will wonder how they managed without Retail Point of Sale. It tracks table orders, orders sent to the kitchen, recalls orders from any terminal and track order numbers.

Special kitchen instructions can be added to orders such as a customer would like their steak cooked medium/rare and only items marked for the kitchen will be printed. Kithcen receipts can also be re-directed quickly to your local receipt printer.

When Retail Point of Sale has 7 different item types to work with, extensive search capabilities and over 100 reports to choose from, you know your inventory requirements are well taken care of.

In Retail Point of Sale we manage all types of inventory, be it simply an item you wish to track sales and stock on hand for, just sales, service items, group items to sell as a kit or purchase in a case and sell as a 6 pack. Or perhaps you need to track sales by units of measure ie kilos, metres or litres.

With the integration to QuickBooks you have the ability to print over 100 different reports that can be customised to your liking and saved for future use. Or with our seamless integration to Microsoft Excel, you can play with real data to look at 'what if' scenarios.

Create a loyalty program for your customers
This feature enables Retail Point of Sale to immediately calculate loyalty points accumulated by each customer's purchase. Retail Point of Sale allows you to quickly and easily and run a point-based loyalty program for your customers-and such points can then redeemed for a gift voucher or can be used to complete a sale at the terminal.

Multiple Barcodes

Store up to 10 barcodes against a product
Store a master product barcode in QuickBooks and up to ten barcodes per related product within Retail Point of Sale. This feature enables rapid creation of multiple barcodes for related products, saving you time and therefore money.

Wildcard Search

Search for text within the product or customer lists
This feature allows a wildcard search of text within product or customer lists, giving you a fast way to find what you are looking for. The matching results will have a mark against them to allow for clear identification. Since the results are marked, you can easily include results in a promotion or price change.

• 500MB free space on hard disk drive for Retail point of sale installation
• Microsoft® Internet Explorer 6.0 (provided with Desktop; requires 70 MB)
• At least 256 colour SVGA video
• 800 x 600 resolution with small fonts
• 24 x CD-ROM
• All online features/ services require Internet access with at least a 56 Kbps modem
