T3 Integrity Package

What is it?

Integrity - Definitions:

1. A quality of honesty and strong principles
2. The state of being whole and undivided

T3 Integrity Package (a T3 IP) is a service that encompasses providing you with software, technical and operational support. It is designed to give you one support partner to deal with for all of your Quicken related issues at a reduced fixed rate for twelve months. We will take care of all of your software requirements and provide remote support for all of your technical and operational problems. Whether it be by email, telephone or GoToMeeting, help is always available. We will even manage your relationship with Quicken for you and will continue to provide on-site consulting as we do now.

You, the client have a one stop shop for everything to do with Quicken so YOU can get on with running your business, secure in the knowledge that the integrity of your accounting software is secure and support for you and your staff is only a phone call or e-mail away.

Of course you choose the package that best suits your business needs. You can still choose to be a Quicken Advantage Member, and hold a T3 IP. It's your choice!

Is it for Me?

If you say yes to any of the following statements, then a T3 IP is for you;

You are required to keep your software on the latest version to comply with government legislation.
You are a current Advantage member and are not getting the type of help you want and end up ringing T3 and paying them anyway.
You wish to utilise the latest features and functions of your Quicken software.
You purchase your software as a subscription and generally call T3 with your technical and operational problems.
You generally require assistance with bookkeeping (operational) issues rather than software technical problems.
You want better value for money on your annual software costs without losing any of the features you currently have.
You wish to have a reduced rate for remote consultation fixed for a twelve month period.
You currently employ an external consultant to help ensure the integrity of your accounting software and financial records.
You want to be prepared and have the support you will need when you upgrade to QuickBooks SQL next year.

What services are offered?

In addition, to looking after your software requirements we are offering packages for services. These services include but are not limited to;

File checking at T3 Ventures
Training on QuickBooks, POS and Personal range
Annual review of file - off site or remote
Remote support via telephone, email, GoToMeeting
Guarantee to return call/e-mail within 4 business hours
Annual upgrade of QuickBooks file via GoToMeeting or off-site if desired
Technical and Operational support - off-site or remote

So how does it Work?

Case Study Example

Mary Jones is currently a QuickBooks Pro Advantage Customer. She originally purchased an upgrade for QuickBooks Pro and automatically received twelve months Advantage membership for doing so. She now needs to decide whether or not to renew her Advantage membership or perhaps look at other alternatives. She will be required to pay $500 per year for the Advantage membership renewal. Mary doesn't call Quicken with her problems; she calls T3 Ventures and is charged for the help she receives. Mary has payroll and MUST keep her software up to date to be able to get the latest payroll tax scales. One of Mary's options is to switch from her Advantage membership to a Subscription version of QuickBooks Pro. With an annual subscription version of QuickBooks Mary is aware that she is not purchasing her software outright and that she must pay her annual subscription fee to continue to use the software.

With a T3 IP, Mary knows that her software is always up to date and in addition, she can use T3 services to install her software, upgrade her data and/or have additional time up her sleeve for any other issues that arise throughout the year.

When Mary purchases a T3 IP

The $171.00 will give her the confidence that she can contact T3 and get the type of help she wants, when she needs it**
She will be getting a fixed reduced rate for twelve months for any additional *pre-paid consultation she purchases over and above the $171.00 worth already purchased.

*T3 pre-paid consultation rate saving per hour $11.00/hr
**A minimum of 2 hours must be purchased

I am already an Advantage Member - how do I change my membership and will I lose money?

Case Study Example
Bob Brown is currently an Advantage Member for QuickBooks Premier. He renewed in March of 2007. He paid $700. Bob wishes to purchase a T3 IP which means changing to Annual Subscription for a total cost for a year of $529.00. Bob has used 50% (6 months) of his Advantage membership which works out at $350. Therefore he can use what credit he has against the cost of his subscription membership. Instead of paying $529.00 he would be paying $179.00 which will give him the next twelve months of subscription enabling him to receive any new software upgrades for twelve months for free. Bob wants the transition to be smooth and does not want the hassle of making the change therefore he calls T3 to have us organize it all for him.

How do I choose a Package that's right for me?

Start with your software. Check out the table further down to see prices. Remember if you are part of the way through the year with your Advantage Membership, you will have credit to apply to your Subscription purchase. T3 can obtain this information for anyone wanting to know their exact balance. Just email or ring us with your Quicken ID number and we will get your balance for you. If you are unsure whether you will need to purchase additional consultation hours, call and we will advise you based on our experience and your history with us. Should you run low on hours we will notify you. You will receive a statement each month clearly showing your credit amount as a monetary value.

Our Commitment to You

Once you have made the decision to become a Priority Package customer of T3 we will make it our commitment to provide you with the following;

A contract - clearly stating all the terms and conditions of the Package
Provide you with the agreed services
Make appointments for you at times that are mutually flexible
Return any call/email within 4 business hours - where this is not achieved to credit you with half an hour consultation time
Monthly statements clearly showing credit balance in monetary value
Reminders of when you are due to renew a T3 IP
Reminder if you are running out of pre-paid consultation time
Manage your relationship with Quicken for you.

Your Obligations to us

Annual Package fee to be paid on the first day of the month joined
Agree that acceptance of the terms and conditions is in effect your electronic signature
You may choose to pre-pay more hours if you are running low at the same price provided it is done within your twelve month period
If time runs out during a consult you agree to be charged the standard remote consultation rate for the remainder of the consultation
Payment of invoice sent for next twelve month period indicates your acceptance of the contract renewal
T3 Integrity Package is non-refundable and consulting hours not used during the contract period will not be credited to any subsequent period.
