Terms & Conditions - Courses

General


Basic computer literacy and some knowledge of Windows operating systems are necessary for the completion of courses. If you do not meet these pre-requisites, please inform us prior to the training date so we can adjust the course to meet your requirements.

Cancellation Policy


Payment must be received in advance to hold your position. If a customer is unable to attend a scheduled training course the following penalties will be applicable, payable to T3 Ventures.

  1. If a cancellation is received by either Reckon or T3 Ventures up to 7 calendar days prior to the start date of the course, 100% of the course fee will be refunded, less a $50 administration fee.

  2. If a cancellation is received by either Reckon or T3 Ventures between 7 and 2 calendar days prior to the start date of the course, 80% of the course fee will be refunded (the penalty will still be applied if the customer transfers to another course).

  3. If a cancellation is received by either Reckon or T3 Ventures 2 days prior to the start date of the course, no refund will be applicable (the penalty will still be applied if the customer transfers to another course).

  4. Failure to attend a class without notifying Reckon or T3 Ventures prior to the start date of the course will be considered as non attendance and the entire course fee will be forfeited. If the entire course fee is forfeited, then the normal fees or commission applies.

  5. Advertised course dates are subject to sufficient demand. T3 Ventures reserves the right to vary course dates or cancel courses where insufficient bookings have been received. In this case, you will be notified of alternate dates available, and will be refunded the course fees if the alternate dates are inconvenient.
